Payment Terms

All bookings no matter how small or large require a deposit, the deposit amount varies depending on your order size. All of the deposits we take are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. We then will not require the outstanding balance from yourselves until 7 days before your event / collection / delivery.

As we do not have a physical shopfront open to the public the only method of payment we accept is bank transfer into our company account. If in the future we do open to the public for walk ins then our payment terms will be updated to accept cash payments.

Under no circumstances are you booked in / date secured without your deposit being paid. And you must have the full balance paid by 7 days before. You will be sent a payment reminder from ourselves.
